Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare and quality-check employment references (Arbeitszeugnisse) and other HR documents in German, ensuring legal and linguistic accuracy
  • Support day-to-day HR service operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, contract changes, and exit processes
  • Assist in handling employee and manager inquiries, providing reliable first-level support and accurate case documentation
  • Process purchase orders, verify invoices from external service providers, and help resolve discrepancies in a legally compliant manner
  • Collaborate with BSH locations across Germany and with international HR teams to ensure consistent service quality
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the team's transition to digital HR service tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD)

Wymagania

  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or employee services
  • Educational background in business administration, HR, or a related field
  • Proficiency in German (B2 level, mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Familiarity with German employment law is advantageous
  • High attention to detail, self-reliance, and the ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and discretion in handling sensitive data
