Being a junior reinsurance broker is a fast track to getting to know the (re)insurance industry. You will be looking after the main insurance companies in Poland, assisting them to purchase and administrate their reinsurance programs. As a result, the job requires frequent contact with clients and reinsurers, so be prepared for English speaking environment.
Throughout the year you will be involved in preparing reinsurance proposals and presentations (numerical and visual), negotiating contracts, drafting reinsurance wordings, and administrating existing contracts in the internal system. The job is a good combination of data analysis and client contact. It assumes various tasks throughout the year and occasional travelling, so you won’t get bored!
