• Creating and driving the implementation of service strategy for Poland and ensuring consistent execution through collaboration with other Motion divisions

• Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the Motion Services Poland P&L and end to end business management (financial, productivity, investments, HSE, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).

• Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. • Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Develop channel partners to enhance business reach and invest in service sales to increase market penetration.

• Support front-end sales activities and engage service engineers in lead generation.

• Organize the local team/functions and coordinate with global structures. • Lead the local service division management team and drive people and talent development within the organization. Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates in line with HR policy.

• Implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensure a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement processes, and integrity performance.

• Higher technical education in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience in one of the functional areas: service sales, service engineering, or engineering. Broad and cross-functional experience within the market segment in a senior managerial position, ideally with profit and loss responsibility.
• Good project management knowledge with proven experience in leading significant process improvement initiatives.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop, implement, and document strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence, with previous experience in teamwork and collaboration in an international environment.
• Well-developed analytical skills with experience in evaluating complex requirements and determining required actions.
• Strong leadership ability, proven by previous experience in people and change management. Quality-focused with a constant drive to raise the bar of operational excellence.
• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.
