Opis stanowiska

Welcome to the CM Technical Customer Support PL team. We add value by providing technical support to all major corporate clients in the Cash Management solutions and provide payment support to customers in transactions and file transfers. As the Senior Customer Service Specialist & Advisor, you’ll work closely with the large corporate customers in Nordea, guiding them in the Nordea Cash Management solutions, solving issues and working pro-actively to improve the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily problem resolution related to Nordea Cash Management solutions
  • User guidance in Cash Management solutions and promotion of updated services
  • Incident handling & pro-active customer communication
  • Customer training in Nordea solutions
  • Facilitate smooth file transfers

You’ll join a vibrant team with passionate, collaborative and positive colleagues that have vast experience of Cash Management and always have the Customers best in mind. The role is based in Gdańsk.

Your experience and background:

  • Experience in payment and cash management - preferably experience of Nordea, Cash Management solutions
  • Curious and eager to learn and share new things
  • Experience working with corporate customers is an advantage
  • Professional communications skills - including professional skills in English & Finnish (C1/C2 level)
  • Ability to travel to Finland to participate in job training
