Opis stanowiska
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Accountable for total cobot sales in the country (units/orders/GM), and open new channels, develop and directly selling to: distributors, cobot experts and small machine builders.
• Support and grow cobot know-how within the new channels, also with joint visits and application coaching.
• Manage, set target and evaluate performance of distributors and new channels.
• Support and push BLs sales teams to promote and sell cobots into existing and new SI and EU
• Be able to manage and do cobot demonstrations in front of customers.
• Be available -on demand- to help BLs sales teams in cobot presentations/proposal/discussions.
• Work with Ecosystem partners locally to promote partnerships/ develop joint sales initiatives/ link to their distribution channels.
• Propose and support marketing campaigns (digital/physical) for cobots in the country working both with local and global marketing.
• Manage cobot leads, distribute them to maximize conversion in close cooperation with BL sales teams, and also responsible for lead follow up.
• Monitor and record cobot pipeline in SFDC, for the existing and in particular for the new dedicated channels.
• Manage channel conflicts where necessary and act as the ambassador for Cobot sales development in events/fair/ open houses and also in local media as cobot spokesperson.
• Contact point in the country for CDE product line.
• Manage price consistency across channels/BLs for cobots and manage cobot market intelligence, mapping competitors and their partners in local market.
