Opis stanowiska

The position exists to ensure a pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies at specialist and managerial levels of the company by conducting interviews, providing personal recommendations, and assisting the hiring manager and local P&C teams.

What will you do – responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating routine and/or recurring WG4-WG3 processes and supporting candidate sourcing and search as needed. Collaborating with the hiring manager and local P&C partner to create a recruiting approach and action plan for these roles. Providing communication and support to the hiring manager and local P&C partner throughout the process.
  • Conducting phone interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess their alignment with the role's requirements and to compile a shortlist of personal recommendations for further interviews. Advising hiring managers and supporting them in preparation for recruitment steps, with assistance from more advanced team members if needed.
  • Communicating with candidates according to the agreed process - scheduling interviews and other process elements, sharing updates, and providing feedback (via phone, email, and/or face-to-face). Sharing relevant updates and information with the hiring manager and local P&C team.
  • Continuously improving my service delivery level and recommending changes to the overall process based on my experience and external best practices.
  • Effectively managing relationships with immediate business partners, including more senior talent attraction team members, hiring managers, and/or local P&C Business Partners, in accordance with established agreements.
  • Drive own development by identifying and discussing personal development gaps, planning development activities with the direct manager, and supporting Talent Attraction Specialists and other colleagues in addressing their knowledge gaps.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience (ideally in SSC/BSS environment)
  • English–proficient (daily communication); French–working knowledge; proficiency in both languages is crucial for the role
  • Knowledge of social media and sourcing channels (LinkedIn), interviewing techniques (e.g. CBI/START), and legal aspects of recruitment (Polish labor law)
  • First experience with stakeholder relationships management and process improvements will be an advantage
  • University degree preferred
